AsiaTours Desk use some of the most secured payment system for Credit and Debit Cards.
Our Prices are including Taxes and Process Fees for Credit Card, Debit Card payments.
Cancellation policies if not showed up on the specific booking are subject to here;
Where possible Sightseeing Services, Excursions, Shows and Transfers AsiaTours Desk will try to change of date requests that are made with at least 3 days. This is not possible for all services and is always subject to availability. Change of date requests that are made with less than 3 days will not usually be accepted. Change of date requests may be subject to an adjustment fee which falls in line with the cancellation fee structure.
Cancellation policies
Cancellation outside of 72 hours of purchased service will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 48 hours of purchased service will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Failure to board or attend, change of date or cancellation within 24 hours of purchased service will result in full amount charge.
A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. Refund processing may take 7 to 14 days.
Insurance & responsibility
Some listed products are not included insurance cover as you are going to see the product itinerary before you complete the purchasing. AsiaTours Desk take no responsibility for any injuries or loss. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money, public liability and emergency evacuation before you start your excursion.
AsiaTours Desk accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings from at any time during the duration of your excursion. All visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or an escort over the age of 18. Some of our trips can be physically demanding and travelers must be sure that they are suitable and fit to allow participation.
